Once the seller confirms that they still wants to trade, they have 10 minutes to send you an offer. You cannot request other listings from the market once the seller confirms your trade, until the trade is completed.

If the seller doesn't send you an offer within the provided 15 minutes, you can click the "I didn't receive an offer" button to lock and dispute the listing.

Once a listing has been disputed, a member from our Support team will be needed to review your listing to solve the dispute. In some cases video evidence may be required so consider contacting our Support team if your listing gets disputed.
